The classic transatlantic voyage runs between Southampton, England and New York City. While additional ports are sometimes added to the itinerary, Southampton and New York remain the regular termini of a QM2 crossing. In this photo feature, we see QM2 in these ports during the summer of 2016.

At approximately 5 p.m., Queen Mary 2 leaves her berth, turns down Southampton Water and out to sea.
