Oriana is berthed at the Mayflower Terminal in Southampton. It is a busy day in the port and in front and in back of her are a series of cargo vessels.

After the fuel barge that had been re-fueling Oriana departs, Oriana moves off her berth and gets underway.
|
|
|
Just before passing Mayflower Park, Oriana turns to starboard to follow the channel out of the harbour.
|
|
Docked at the City Terminal is TUI's Mein Schiff 1.
|
|
|
The harbour is busy today and so Oriana is escorted by a tug (right).
Indeed, Oriana soon finds herself behind some commercial traffic (below). |

Earlier in the day, Queen Mary 2 was at the Ocean Terminal and Queen Elizabeth was at the Queen Elizabeth II terminal. However, both Cunard ships had departed before Oriana passed those terminals.
The tug departs after Oriana clears the harbour. Oriana then proceeds down Southampton Water towars the open sea (below).
