Here we find Norwegian Getaway on a port call in Grand Cayman. She is anchored in the bay in front of George Town on a mostly sunny day. Although Grand Cayman is a tender port, it is very popular and it is not unusual to find several large ships lined up in the bay ferrying passengers ashore.

Getaway was the second ship built in Norwegian's Breakaway class. She is a good quality ship built by the German shipyard Meyer Werft. We find her most attractive features are her array of specialty restaurants some of which feature outdoor dining and her studio cabins for travelers who are cruising on their own.

With Getaway in port was Carnival Legend.

As the sun begins to set, Getaway turns 180 degrees and heads out to sea.
