She is docked at Pier B in the center of town not far from Mallory Square.

Celebrity Constellation is over at the Navy Mole Pier where a Navy ship passes her going out to sea.
By late afternoon, the passengers are back aboard and Victory casts off. However, in order to exit the harbor, she has to execute a 180 degree turn. Then it is off into the sunset.
