Carnival Breeze is a familiar sight in San Juan. The capital of Puerto Rico is often included in Breeze's Caribbean itineraries and here we find the ship docked in front of Old San Juan during a port call in early 2020.
The Breeze can accommodate over 4,700 passengers. The onboard atmosphere is relaxed and family-friendly. Carnival Breeze marked a turning point for Carnival Cruise Lines. Her interior design is not the shock and awe style of earlier Carnival ships but rather a more contemporary resort-style approach. In addition, she was the first ship to incorporate Carnival's Fun Ship 2.0 program which gave the ship dining and entertainment options not originally found on earlier ships. |

While Carnival Breeze bears a resemblance to Carnival's Conquest class ships, she is larger. In addition, there are differences in her lines, particularly towards her stern.

Carnival Breeze has traditionally been based in Miami and here we see her at Dodge Island preparing to embark on a cruise.
