On January 13, 2018, Anthem of the Seas made her maiden call in St. Lucia. The occasion was significant for two reasons. First, Anthem became the largest passenger ship to dock in St. Lucia. Second, Anthem's arrival was marked by the official opening of the Pointe Seraphine Berth #1 Extension, a facility that the government sees as the first step in enhancing St. Lucia as a cruise destination.
